HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVISTS VOICE CONCERNS OVER RISE IN NUMBER OF "BRIDE KIDNAPPINGS" INVOLVING UNDERAGE GIRLS AND ACCUSE LAW ENFORCEMENT OF TURNING A BLIND EYE (KYRGYZSTAN)

Human rights activists are sounding the alarm, as the recent increase in theft of girls aged 15-17 years.



Annually in Kyrgyzstan fixed about 10,000 facts of bride kidnapping, and half the girls marry not of their own accord. Therefore, international organizations and NGOs call to strengthen the fight against theft brides.



Last year, the Criminal Procedure Code was amended in Kyrgyzstan. In accordance with the changes for stealing brides imposes liability to imprisonment from 7 to 10 years. Human rights activists believe that the law does not work and accused law enforcement and judicial authorities of indifference.



In each village there are cases where a group of guys abducts the girl, the woman ran up to her with a white handkerchief, and in extreme cases, some old women lie at the threshold that the girl did not dare to step over it.According to the international organization Freedom House, in Kyrgyzstan annually fixed about 10,000 facts of bride kidnapping. International human rights organizations refer to their studies and claim that 30-50% of girls marry after the abduction.



According to Freedom House, about two thousand girls are subjected to domestic violence after the abduction. 22% of marriages based on bride kidnapping, sooner or later end up in divorce.



The leader of the human rights organization "Aikyn Bagyt" Munara Beknazarov concerned about cases of abduction of schoolgirls. 20% of respondents said the organization girls were abducted at the age of 18.



According to the MOI, compared with 2012, last year received more allegations of bride kidnapping. According to ministry spokesman Zhorobay Abdraimov , last year received 27 applications:



- In 2013, the country recorded 27 cases of bride kidnapping. In two cases, were abducted underage girls. Were established personality 56 people who were involved in the theft of brides. 52 of them were prosecuted under Article 154-155 of Criminal Procedure.

MALAYSIAN MINISTER CLAIMS LACK OF APPLICATIONS TO SHARIA COURTS IS PROOF THAT IN THE PAST TEN YEARS NOT A SINGLE MUSLIM TRIED TO LEAVE ISLAM

Not one Muslim applied to convert out of their faiths in the Shariah Courts over the past decade, a minister said today, laying to rest previous claims of apostasy repeatedly made by religious hardliners.



To the contrary, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom said 4,520 individuals embraced Islam in just four years between 2008 and 2012, according to the Federal Territories Religious Department’s (Jawi) records.



“So far, there were no Muslims, including new converts, who left the religion, based on the lack of applications to convert out of Islam in the Shariah courts,” Jamil said in a written reply to Kampar MP Dr Ko Chung Sen in Parliament here.



Ko had requested the number of non-Muslims who converted into Islam in the last ten years, and the number of Muslims who converted out in the same period.



However, Jamil said there were applications by those who were mistakenly registered as Muslims, particularly those in Sabah and Sarawak, who had asked to switch religions.



He said those registered as Muslims by mistake usually have names that sound like Muslims’ names.

Second deputy Imam, of the national mosque, Sheikh Juma Ali Shiwuyo has urged Muslims to resist all forms of evils especially homosexuality, if they want Allah’s blessings.



“The country has been invaded by different forms of evil ranging from robberies, iron bar hit men, marriage breakups, sports betting and homosexuality, among others. In order to overcome such evils, Muslims should intensify prayers,” he said.



Shiwuyo said homosexuality was abominable in Islam. He added that since Allah Himself destroyed an entire generation in order to protect humanity from homosexuality, Muslims should be proud to take the lead in fighting this evil which threatens the well-being of society.

Pious Muslim Is Suing Philadelphia Gas Works,Says He Was Demoted Because He Refused To Shave His Beard

Philadelphia Gas Works employee Karim Burke has filed a federal lawsuit against the gas company, alleging that PGW demoted him because he wouldn’t shave his beard. Burke, who describes himself as a “devout Muslim,” believes that this is a violation of his Constitution rights.



When Burke was hired by PGW to work at the Port Richmond facility on East Venango Street in 2011, he had a full beard. And he says that no one told him when he was hired that he would have to shave it. But shortly after Burke started at PGW, a supervisor informed him that his beard had to go so that he could be fitted for a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), a mask intended for emergency situations at the plant.



Burke claims in the suit that he explained that he couldn't shave for religious reasons and that PGW management gave him a pass on the beard. The subject came up again in 2012, and again, Burke says that the company agreed to let him keep the beard. But when he refused another request in October 2013, he says that PGW told him to shave it, or else.



"There was no compelling or even rational interest that would require Mr. Burke to be fitted for a SCBA," claims the suit. "His job duties require him to leave the Richmond complex in the event of an emergency and he was given no emergency training or responsibilities."



Burke says he asked PGW to provide him with a different type of SCBA — one that wouldn't require a clean-shaven face — but that the company said no. In the end, Burke says he was transferred to the position of Mechanic's Helper "at a substantial reduction in salary."



To support his claim, Burke includes in the suit a statement from his imam at West Philadelphia's AICP Mosque:



Islamic law requires that a man distinguish himself from those who are not of the Islam faith by following a number of commands concerning his personal appearance and conduct. While the practice may vary among some schools of thought within Islam, our Mosque adheres to the strong religious practice that bars shaving one's beard as a sign he is a Muslim. While a beard may be trimmed from time to time, it may not be shaved off in the manner that was required of Mr. Burke's employer... To do so would violate Mr. Burke's core religious beliefs.

Abdullah al-Muhajir, born Jose Padilla, was just trying to do right by his bloodthirsty, psychopathic imaginary friend. al-Muhajir was a gang member in south Florida until he was arrested for manslaughter after kicking someone in head who later died of his injuries. Since he was a gang member, this wasn’t his first run-in with the law, but it was his most fateful. During that prison term, al-Muhajir made the biggest mistake of his life: he converted to Islam. After marrying and getting divorced once, al-Muhajir met a Muslimah with whom he felt a real connection. She went on to spawn two of his offspring. However, he wasn’t around for the birth of his two sons – he was wandering between Pakistan and Afghanistan with al Qaeda, training in the construction of dirty bombs. The only thing dirtier than his bombs *puts sunglasses on* was his prophet’s perverted mind.

When a detained al-Qaeda terrorist was being given glorious helpings of liquid freedom at Guantanamo Bay, he coughed up al-Muhajir’s identity (along with some liquid freedom.) Shortly after al-Muhajir returned to the US, he was arrested and held as an enemy combatant. There was some controversy over whether or not authorities had enough to hold him, but it turned out the information extracted from the captured mujahid was accurate. al-Muhajir’s possessions were searched, and he had numerous items from al Qaeda members as well as ways to contact them.

Many people, Muslim and non-Muslim alike got all up in a frenzy about the sensory-deprivation techniques used to gradually break al-Muhajir. He spent years being subjected to all forms of numbing, and probably got used to it while fantasizing about Muhammad’s child bride, Aisha. al-Muhajir was tried in Miami, and was convicted of going overseas to conspire to murder Americans. He currently remains behind bars.

Welcome to Muslims of Miami week on YDM! This week, we’re gonna be looking at the fine Islamic specimens of Miami.

Mansor Mohammad Asad, a 43-year-old Muslim, was seated on a plane when he realized he couldn’t hold it in any longer. The seatbelt light was on, but Asad really had to get it out of him. By “it,” I’m not referring to his excrement, I’m talking about his hatred of Jews, of course. The plane began taxiing away from the terminal and Asad began his craziness. He started chanting in Arabic, and the volume kept increasing. He then yelled, “I’m Palestinian and I want (to) kill all Jews.” The pilot then turned the taxiing plane around and took it back to the terminal. This Muslim’s jihad just wasn’t… *puts sunglasses on* going to get off the ground.

However, Asad wasn’t done being a seventh-century savage. When officers attempted to arrest him, he wasn’t going to go peacefully (despite the fact that he is a follower of the religion of peace.) “I’m not afraid of you cops,” Asad said. “I’ve gotten in fights with cops in Ohio and broke their arms in three places. I’ve broken skulls too!” That sounds like an admission of numerous counts of assault, possibly even attempted murder right there.

Asad also yelled at a white cop, “Go back to Africa, you white racist cop!” He did not seem physically violent at the time, but when officers tried to cuff him, that changed. Asad charged them. They were forced to tase the mad Muslim twice to quell his assault. Asad was charged with threats against a public servant, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. Asad’s son claimed his father suffered from bipolar disorder and said of his father “Of course he’s not a terrorist.” Yes, because screaming about killing Jews and attacking cops are totally not things an Islamic terrorist would do.
