A 23-year-old Dearborn man was arraigned Friday in 23rd District Court on five criminal sexual conduct charges after allegedly having sex in a minivan with a 14-year-old girl.
Hassan Kamel Mougnieh is charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Judge William Sutherland presided over the video arraignment and set a $35,000/10-percent bond, which was paid immediately by family members.
Just before 11 p.m. Wednesday, police said they were on patrol and spotted a minivan parked in a lot in the 23000 block of Eureka Road. Mougnieh is charged with having sexual contact with the teen inside the van.
The preliminary examination of the evidence against Mougnieh is set for 8:30 a.m. May 28 in the Taylor court.
He is not allowed to be in the company of minors without an adult present, per one of several bond conditions set Friday.
