POLICE ANNOUNCE NO CRIMINAL CHARGES WILL BE FILED IN THE CASE OF MUSLIM GIRL IN FLORIDA WHO CLAIMED SHE WAS BULLIED BY CLASSMATES FOR WEARING A HIJAB

Police in Haines City announced Monday that they will not press charges after an investigation into the Polk School District's first religious bullying complaint this year.

Zahrah Habibulla, 14, and her family went to the district and police in February to report that she was attacked after she began wearing a Muslim head scarf to Ridge Community High School.

"After a thorough investigative review of all facts surrounding this incident, there is no evidence of any criminal act having occurred," according to a Haines City Police Department statement.

Habibulla told officials that she was tripped while at school and that other students mocked her religion and implied she was a terrorist.

FROM THE VERY BEGINNING IT LOOKED LIKE THE WHOLE THING WAS STAGED BY CAIR.
