Black market versions of the anti-impotence drug featuring different caricatures of Obama — apparently a symbol of strength and virility — can be found across Pakistan.
Obama’s face can be found on the packages of a contraband version of the erectile dysfunction medication in cities across the volatile Islamic country, according to AFP.
Some versions of the medicine simply feature Obama’s likeness, while other boxes containing imitations of the drug display Obama’s head on a gun-toting spy resembling James Bond.
